McLube® Europe manufactures finished McLube® products from concentrates and raw materials produced at our headquarters in the United States and distributes and markets at the local level to customers in Europe, the UK, and Turkey.
McLube® APAC provides our industrial products in to the Asia/ Pacific Region through a network of dedicated local distributors that share our commitment to fast customer service, dedicated technical support, and on-time delivery.
McLube® Marine Division is a global division which provides high-performance dry-film lubricants and eco-friendly polishes to boating enthusiasts, professional sailors, and Olympians in the consumer sailing industry. Zell McGee incorporated the McGee Chemical Company with his wife, Mary McGee, in 1954. While our name was changed to McGee Industries soon after, we have proudly remained family-owned and operated since our founding. Zell McGee was the embodiment of our mission and was forever inspired by the incredible people he worked with and his customers. 1954 – The McGee Chemical Company is incorporated. We begin manufacturing and selling greases and molybdenum disulfide lubricants under our trade name/ brand, McLube®, in Upper Darby, PA, USA.
1970’s – McLube® develops semi-permanent and sacrificial mold release agents.
1973 – our company name is changed to McGee Industries, Inc.
1974 – McGee Industries expands operations at a new location in Aston, PA, USA.
1980’s – our facilities in Aston, PA, USA are updated and expanded.
1990’s – our product lines expand with water-based release agents, assembly aids, and heat-cured coatings.
2000’s – our global reach expands with operations and direct sales in the EU.
2023 – McGee opens a second, state-of-the-art facility in Aston, PA, USA to support growth.
