McLube dry film lubricants, oil dispersions, greases and pastes
meet a vast range of industrial requirements. McLube dry film lubricants
contain MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene).
They adhere unusually well to all types of surfaces including machine
parts and fittings, gears, cams and springs; leather, plastic and
elastomeric gaskets and packing; natural and synthetic cords, twines
and cables. By minimizing friction, these coatings reduce power
input and prevent part seizure. McLube dry lubricants work themselves
into surfaces to promote longer wear life, repel dust and contaminants
and provide superior protection against scoring, surface corrosion
and extreme pressure.
McLube oil dispersions are formulations of MoS2 in various oils
for use on plain bearings, sliding surfaces, threaded connections,
press fittings and open gears. They are particularly suited for
use in hard to reach areas. McLube greases and pastes containing
MoS2 are ideal for high and low temperature applications. The addition
of MoS2 yields grease and paste lubricants that carry high loads,
reduce wear, lower maintenance costs, are environmentally safe and
can replace more hazardous and wasteful lubricants. Let Team McLube
enhance your bottom line by greatly increasing the energy and cost
efficiency of anything that moves.
