McLube offers multiple, water-based release agents specifically designed for the rotational molding industry. These products are dilutable, durable, and promote excellent flow of materials into critical areas. McLube release agents will work well on the mold surface and parting line, providing excellent release characteristics while not transferring to the plastic part. Our coatings will allow for multiple releases per application when applied appropriately. McLube Release Agents will not brown out or cause pre-release of the material. Our line of release agents for rotational molding supports all PE plastics as well as PP, Nylon, and polycarbonate.
